Three harvesting periods: an early one for fresh and herbaceous expressions. A selection in order to enhance the variety’s tropical component. Lastly, a later harvest for the creamy structure and tanginess of Sauvignon Blanc.

Brilliant color, fresh nose of tomato leaf, sage, peach and apricot. Coherent palate, persistent, with mouth-filling finish.
